Rental Agreement

This Vacation Rental Agreement is made by and between Dream Vacation Rentals LLC and Guest. For good value and consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

1) Property

The vacation rental property is located at:

2) Rental Rules

Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules (See Rental Rules here) at all times while at the property, and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while residing at the property.

3) Access

Guest shall allow Dream Vacation Rentals access to the property for purposes of repair, inspection or emergency. Dream Vacation Rentals shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner by giving at least 12 hours notice (unless in case of emergency).

4) Oasis Club Access

Guest will be provided with access to ChampionsGate exclusive Oasis Club. Guest is required to sign-in at the clubhouse upon 1st day of arrival.

5) Cancellation Policy

If Guest wishes to cancel the reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

100% refund if cancelled 30 days before check-in

50% refund (minus the service fee) if cancelled 14 days before check-in

No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before check-in

6) Insurance

We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents or other issues that may prohibit Guest from traveling or fulfilling rental terms

7) Payment

Acceptable payment methods are: credit card

8) Deposit

A security deposit of $500 is due at time of booking confirmation and will be refunded 7 days after the check-out date. This is provided no deductions are made to the security deposit due to:

i. Damaged caused to the property or furnishings

ii. Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning

iii. Any other cost incurred by Dream Vacation Rentals due to Guest's stay

Breach of any of these terms and conditions in the rental agreement, house rules, and pool & hot tub waiver is a breach of the terms and conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement and can result in a reduction on the security deposit or termination of permission to occupy.
